SO WHAT'S BEEN GOING ON?

April 27-29 Dads and kids campout at Rock Cut go postponed due to too many conflicts and not the best weather.  Watch for the new date- soon!  Call for more information.  Open to all- but we need dad's to be there with their kids.  For the kids whose dads aren't able or aren't in the picture, we will make allowances...

VISION FOLLOWUP...

On Sunday, March 25, after the worship time, we gathered as a congregation to consider 5 primary points that emerged from our recent board vision retreat.  No conclusions arrived at- didn't expect any.  What we want is participation- and we are getting that.  Moving forward!  Exciting time...

ALPHA!

ALPHA is awesome- life changing!  And for us, almost over- for this round.  We expect to end mid-May.  And we will end with an open meeting to give others a taste of what Alpha is all about.  Those of us engaged in it would agree that it has been a highlight of every week.  We are growing together as friends, and growing deeper in Christ!  What's wrong with that? 

WOMEN

The SIS group is making intentional changes to better address the spiritual needs of the members.  All women are welcome to come, every 3rd Saturday, at the church, at 9am, unless indicated otherwise on the calendar.

CHILDENS CHURCH

At last!  Every Sunday morning we now have Childrens Church for toddlers up to 5th grade.  And the kids have fun!  We are grateful to be able to offer the service.  We can use more volunteers.  Let us know if you can help...

EXPLORERS!

Kids continue to show up, work on homework, learn about God, pray together, and have fun!  And now we have some more adult leaders to help.  This outreach to our neighborhood grade school kids is an awesome way to touch them and their families.  Every Wednesday from 3:45-5-30 unless it is a no school day in the Belvidere district.
